This is meant to be a little giggle....but also can I get an 'amen'? I LOVE doing this work with each of you! It's also pretty fantastic to welcome summertime, isn't it?
Final Chapel There will be a little prelude to our chapel time starting at 10:30 tomorrow morning. This is an opportunity for several of our students who requested involvement in our final chapel to lead worship and participate. Please don't feel like you must be present at 10:30. But know that when you arrive to the cement pad that we gathered on last year, there may be some activity "up front". Please just know this is a prelude and you can come right in. We'll leave the very front for our guests of honor, our graduating fifth graders.
Our fifth graders will be the last kids to walk in. They will take their place by 10:45. Please plan to bring your class to our final chapel sometime between 10:30-10:44 :)
After chapel, we'll line the hallway shoulder to shoulder to create a special tunnel of love for our fifth graders to walk down. We sure will miss our fifth grade children! God is going to move mountains with these lovees of ours!
A Special Thank You Rather than another meeting, your time is YOURS to do what your heart and head need after the final child has left the building! You'll notice a little yummy thank you in your mailbox! If you'd like to meet together at Captain Sundae with this little gift, we can enjoy a cold treat together before you enjoy some time to use as you see fit in the afternoon! A quiet walk in the afternoon! A trip to the beach! Boxing up your classroom! You do you!
