THANK YOU for modeling JOY! Even when our hearts hurt at times, our health fails, our toes are ready to crack off from cold or we don't have enough subs 😅, I still see persistent smiles and creative JOY radiating from you with our children! Thank you for working together and choosing JOY!
Assessments and report cards are behind us! Celebrate good times, C'mon! Well done, friends! Let's go sailing into semester two with full steam in advancing student learning!
I just have a few dates for your scheduling:
Tuesday, February 1 is enrollment for our newest members of the Rose Park family in preschool and kindergarten! All in the same day! Please join me in praying over these families in the midst of making BIG decisions! We're eager and grateful to continue serving God with a robust student population at HC!
Wednesday, February 2 is our next staff meeting. 3:30-4:20. This meeting is for all faculty including encore and preschool. If you are unable to join in person, please connect with a friendly partner. Zooming in is a viable option for those unable to attend in person!
Wednesday, February 2 at 11:10 we have a lockdown. This timeframe is JUST at the close of chapel. We'll exit chapel, return to classrooms, run the lockdown and then preschool can move forward with dismissal. Preschool teachers, would you please notify your parents that the pick up schedule might be impacted by a few minutes on Wednesday?
Data Meetings! We've celebrated and rearranged some grade levels. We're missing a few others. When you are able, please send me a preferred time for your grade level to meet and touch base on the interventions we have for all of your learners! Plus we like to thank you for your hard work and celebrate those who get to start swimming with the big fish in the classroom environment! Thank you ESS team for your dedication to each child and doing your best to accommodate all of the learners we love!
Monday, February 21 is our staff PD day. Please plan on attending this day of learning if you are a teacher or teacher assistant.
