12 Days of Christmas (feels more like 55!)

Celebrating the birth of Christ sure is a joyous (and a bit exhausting....a good exhausting) time of year, isn't it? Thanks for ALL of the extra measures each of you are taking in order to teach our children that Christmas is a time for us to model our lives after Christ. Christ chose to run to the chaos that is our broken world and begin the work of redemption. What can we give Him? Give Him our hearts.

"I have indeed seen the misery of my people...I have heard them crying out...
and, I am concerned about their suffering....
So, I have come down to rescue them...."
--Ex 3:7-8

December 20
Please plan to drop off your students with me in the small gym on Friday, December 20 from 2:00-3:00. We will play some bingo, read a story and perhaps watch a short Christmas video clip. We'll have FUN!

Live At The Intersection Invitation
Our choir has prepared a sing along for us to participate in on December 20 at 7:55! See you at the Intersection!

Discovery Night
Please keep your calendar clear for our Rose Park Discovery Night on Tuesday, January 14 from 6:00-7:00. A light dinner will be served at 5:00 if you choose to stay at school that evening. We'll need to report for instructions in the staff center by 5:30. We'll man our posts by 5:45 and pray we participate in a fruitful evening full of new families!

Thank you
Thank you to all of the parents who helped make the Teacher Christmas Tea so very special. Teachers enjoyed laughing and breaking bread together over a beautiful lunch! If you provided some of the delicious food, we thank you for your generous offering! Please don't forget to retrieve your cleaned up dish if you haven't already!
